The Bargrip has been specially developed for handling devices and manipulators that are guided via a control bar or operating bar.
In such applications, the operator must hold the device securely, apply high forces and, at the same time, perform precise movements.
Conventional control bars are often bulky and require a lot of installation space.

More functions without having to change your grip – thanks to the compact button layout

Thanks to our integrated valve technology, the pushbuttons can be positioned very close together.
This makes it possible to:

• More functions in a compact space
• Thumb operation without having to change your grip
• Reduced installation space for the entire control panel

This is a key ergonomic advantage, particularly in the case of handling devices and manipulators with numerous pneumatic functions.

Compact external dimensions for comfortable operation with the thumb

The slim design of the housing makes it easier for the operator to reach the pushbuttons along the entire length of the grip bar with their thumb, whilst keeping their hand firmly and securely on the handrail.
This enables fast, controlled and effortless operation.

Connection via a Ø15 pipe

The Bargrip is attached via a 15 mm diameter tube.
The support rod is configured by the user, allowing the Bargrip to be flexibly integrated into various device or manipulator designs — regardless of width, shape or position.

Optional integrated pneumatic logic

In the basic version, all valves are connected to a common supply air line. Thanks to our modular technology, you can flexibly segment the air supply, making it very easy to implement pneumatic logic or circuits.

Example: Only when external signal XY is activated do pushbuttons 1 and 2 receive supply air.

Tip: The Bargrip has a connection for the supply air at both ends, so several control units can easily be connected to one another without having to lay additional hoses. Connections that are not required are sealed with a blind plug.

Example of a bolted connection

As an alternative to connecting it to a pipe, the Bargrip can also be screwed on directly.
To do this, simply omit the clamping piece.
