Controlgrip – an ergonomic, vertically oriented control handle for precise control tasks
The Controlgrip is a pneumatic control handle with a vertical, joystick-like orientation, ideal for applications where the handle is mounted in a vertical position and the hand operates in a natural, vertical position. It is primarily used in manipulators and handling devices where precise, ergonomic control of key pneumatic functions is required.
Three buttons on the front – ideally positioned for thumb operation
On the front there are three ergonomically positioned buttons that can be operated with the thumb whilst the hand grips the handle securely.
This arrangement makes it possible to:
- Clear organisation of up to three main functions
- Quick, intuitive activation of recurring pneumatic functions
- Operation without changing your grip
Ergonomic release button on the back
In addition, the Controlgrip has a release button on the back, ideal for:
- long-term operations
- Approval functions
The button can be pressed without loosening your grip or changing the position of your hand.
Robust, backlash-free Ø20 connection
The Controlgrip is fitted onto a Ø20 shaft, which is clamped by friction.
Advantages:
- Backlash-free, torsion-resistant connection
- High stability when held vertically
- Robust and suitable for industrial use, even under continuous load cycling
- Quick, secure assembly without the need for special designs
Typical areas of application
- Manipulators
- Handling equipment
- Special-purpose machines requiring a vertical, joystick-like grip position
- Systems with two-hand controls
Flexible connection to the system using the Pasmag ball joint
To ensure the handle is positioned perfectly, we recommend attaching it using our ball joint.
