Monogrip – a compact, cost-effective pneumatic control unit for new and existing systems

The Monogrip is a particularly compact pneumatic control unit, ideal for new designs and equally suitable for retrofitting to existing handling equipment, manipulators or fixtures. It allows pneumatic functions to be housed directly on a handle bar – without the need for an additional housing, without requiring a large installation space and without complex design.

Easy to install – just plug it in, connect it, and it’s ready to use

The Monogrip is available as a ready-made version for the relevant diameters:

  • Ø20 mm / Ø25 mm / Ø30 mm

Assembly takes just a few steps:

  • Slide onto the appropriate tube/shaft
  • Insert the slide valve
  • Secure without play using clamping screws
  • Connect the pneumatic connections to the control unit

This means that the Monogrip is not only quick to fit, but is also ideal for modularly expanding or flexibly adapting control points along a handlebar.

Compact, ergonomic and flexible in terms of positioning

  • Very slim design for confined installation spaces
  • Easily accessible control surfaces for operation with the thumb or fingers
  • Ideally suited for distributing individual pneumatic functions along a handle bar

The Monogrip offers a high degree of flexibility without making it any more cumbersome or difficult to handle.

Can be used in combination with the Bargrip

The Monogrip can easily be combined with the Bargrip to:

  • to install modular control panels on handling equipment
  • to add additional functions
  • to implement more complex operating concepts

Typical areas of application

  • Handling equipment
  • Manipulators
  • Fixtures
  • Equipment
  • Special-purpose machines with distributed pneumatic control points
