Tubexgrip – a compact, cost-effective pneumatic pushbutton actuator for new and existing systems

The Tubexgrip is a particularly compact pneumatic control element, ideal for new designs and equally suitable for retrofitting to existing handling equipment, manipulators or fixtures. It allows pneumatic functions to be mounted directly onto a handle bar – without the need for an additional housing, without requiring a large installation space and without complex design.

Easy to install – connect, plug in, secure, and it’s ready to use

The Tubexgrip is available as a ready-made version for the following internal pipe diameters:

• Ø26 mm ±0.2 (Ø30 tube with a wall thickness of 2 mm)

Assembly takes just a few steps:

• Connect the air supply and the control air hose via the pipe
• Connect the Tubexgrip via the two pneumatic quick-connect fittings (Ø4mm)
• Slide it onto the appropriate pipe/shaft
• Secure it without any play using the clamping screws from above (below the red push-button)
• Insert the push-button

This means that the Tubexgrip is not only quick to fit, but is also ideal for modularly expanding or flexibly adapting control points along a handlebar.
